Natasha makes deep relaxation accessible to all and will introduce you to her potent method that combines physical Yin Yoga postures that create profound shift in the mind and nervous system followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation lying down.
Join Natasha Kerry for a deliciously relaxing Yin Yoga practice, designed to unwind physical and emotional tension, before embarking upon your Yoga Nidra journey.
Natasha will explore methodology behind these practices and why rest is so important.
The Yin Yoga practice will promote greater flexibility, optimal joint health and cultivate mindfulness.
We will move through key Yin Yoga postures to pressurize key meridian lines and promote healthy flow of Ch’i energy.
You will then learn the practice of Yoga Sleep and be guided through a full Yoga Nidra relaxation from Natasha’s Yoga Sleep Method.
Yoga Nidra is a profound but very simple tool for physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It translates to ‘yogic sleep’ and is a way of consciously relaxing the body.
Through a daily practice of Yoga Nidra, Natasha has seen an incredible improvement in her health and wellbeing and the ability to fall asleep at night.
What you will learn:

- Practices for better sleep at night

You will leave this workshop feeling light, spacious, revived and deeply relaxed.
This workshop is practical in nature and will cultivate stillness within the mind and provide a deep release for the body.
Feel free to take notes as you practice but the focus will be about feeling the shift yourself.
