Yoga is an ancient Indian way of life, first documented over 5,000 years ago.  Ancient Yogis believed that to be in harmony with oneself and one's environment, the body, the mind and the spirit have to be integrated.  For these three to be integrated, one's thoughts, actions and emotions must first be in balance. 


The Yogis formulated a way to achieve and maintain this balance through yoga poses (asana), breathing (pranayama) and meditation.  Today, Yoga poses are practised by millions due to the wealth of physical, mental and emotional benefits they can offer. 


Yoga poses are used to calm the mind, improve the mind-body connection, increase focus, improve circulation, digestion and respiration, improve co-ordination, regulate metabolism to aid weight loss, increase energy levels, increase happiness and wellbeing.​


The range of different styles of Yoga is wide.  If you are confused about which style of Yoga to try I will be able to advise on the style most suited to your needs.


I teach an amalgamation of all my years of training in Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.


I teach intuitively to each group or individual I work with.
