The membership consists of access to her 4K high-quality instructional videos in Yin Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Vinyasa Yoga as well as her audio Yoga Sleep practices and Sleep Stories to listen to as you drift off to sleep at night.

There is a library waiting for you consisting of her filmed content from March 2020 until now as well as new content uploaded a few times every month.

There are also video practices from Natasha's online classes, workshops and 6 week programmes of Yoga philosophy.

The duration of the video practices range between 20 minutes to 75 minutes and all content is easily accessible on your computer and through the Patreon app on your smart phone.

In this pandemic; a time of fear, uncertainty and for many isolation, it is even more imperative that we stay connected to our spiritual journey and the Yoga practices that successfully lower cortisol and calm the nervous system and reduce stress in the system.  We need to look after our mental health and Yoga is a wonderful way to do this.


This is why, after many requests to create online Yoga classes, I have set up a Patreon account, so that I am able to continue to support you in your Yoga journey.

Through this platform, I will be sharing my weekly Yin Yoga teachings, Vinyasa, Meditations and my Yoga Sleep Method (Yoga Nidra).

I record and edit each video practice to a high quality and it is there whenever you want to repeat it.

This way you will be able to maintain a regular practice of Yoga with me from the safety and comfort of your own home throughout this difficult time. The type of Yin and Vinyasa that I teach is suitable for everyone, even beginners.

This is something that I have always wanted to offer to reach those of you outside of London and abroad!  During lock-down, the studios I teach at every week unfortunately were unable to stay open so this move pushed me to share these important teachings through a different medium and it has been wonderful for connecting with those of you that are outside of London.

Patreon is a subscription service where we can connect with and support one another in this beautiful journey of Yoga.  For the newbies, I am so excited that you can now 'attend' my classes regularly at home - whether it is the live programmes or via patreon!


For my regular students, I am hoping that you will try out my online practices!  Whereas, perhaps, beforehand the timings of my classes or your location or financial situation meant that you couldn't make my classes every week, I hope that through these online classes we can practice together regularly and reconnect to Peace, Compassion and Gratitude.


These Patreon classes are a chance to move away from fear and reduce anxiety.
