You don't have to travel miles to experience relaxation and a retreat!


If you feel as though you have little time to spare, a private Yoga class is the ideal option. That way, you can have an hour of 'Me Time' easily without travelling anywhere.  I will travel to you and will even bring a mat for you if you do not have one.

Whether you are craving a 'lean and strong body' or a 'deeply relaxing session', I will create a tailored sequence of Yoga postures to really enhance your home practice and give you exactly what you need from your Yoga practice.  


At the same time as creating the body you want, Yoga will sharpen your senses, calm the mind and put you back in the driving seat of your life.

You may be nervous about going to a yoga class for the first time and would prefer to be introduced to Yoga in your own private space.  Private Yoga sessions can be conducted with a partner or a few friends, making the class as relaxed, fun and friendly as possible.

One to One Yoga sessions could be an ideal solution if you have an injury which prevents you from attending a class.  If you are suffering in some way (physically, emotionally or mentally) and wish to find an effective way to unwind and de-stress, then our One to One Yoga sessions together will provide an excellent opportunity for this and for you to reconnect to happiness and peace.

Now, our private sessions are tailored to suit you as an individual. So don’t be afraid to request a style of practice that you know and love. And if you are a complete beginner, it would be great to know what brought you to Yoga and your aims when you get in contact!
