Natasha is now teaching at Triyoga and online through these challenging times and conducting private sessions with one to one clients.

Please note: in-studio classes at Triyoga will run online through tier 3 restrictions.

The Yoga Sleep Method classes are designed to prepare you for a great sleep at night by shifting the nervous system to promote deep relaxation and a reset for your inner systems.

YOGA SLEEP CLASSES

Mondays:
12.30pm: The Yoga Sleep Method 60 Minute Reset (consisting of Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra)
Fridays:
12.30pm: The Yoga Sleep Method 60 Minute Reset (consisting of Yin Yoga + Yoga Nidra)

6.15pm: Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 - 2 Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)

Thurdays:
12.30pm: Yin Yoga - Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)
Fridays:

6pm: Yin Yoga - Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)
