The Yoga Sleep Method
Upon purchase an email will be sent to the email address you provided which contains a link to your audio file. You may download the audio file to your desktop, iPad or iPhone. The link will expire after ten uses so please do download the file for use when offline. If the link in the email does not load properly, please try a different interenet browser such as Safari or Chrome and it may then successfully work. If you use the link ten times and it expires, please email Natasha to request a new link.

In the case of digital product refunds, we will simply issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the request on Monday to Friday.
ONLINE PROGRAMMES + TRAINING COURSES
Upon purchase you will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your place was successfully booked.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
If you still have not received this email after a week of ordering, please contact Natasha via email for assistance.
If, for some reason you booked on a course by mistake, please email Natasha within 48 hours of making the booking to be offered a full refund.
If you wish to cancel your place on the online training, a refund is available up to the start date of the online training minus an admin fee of £15.
Once payment has been taken, cancellations must be made in writing to Natasha and Melissa via email before the START of training.
No refunds will be made after the start date of the training or for failure to attend or failure to complete the training. No transfers to future trainings are available.
Due to the nature of the training and the admin involved, our policy is firm.
Public Yoga Classes
Public Yoga classes at Yoga studios in London are to be booked directly with the studio and attended under their terms and conditions.
Private Yoga Sessions
Upon request, you will be sent the most recent Registration Form for private Yoga sessions, which will include all details of your sessions as well as a health form for you to fill out.
Please note, if you are not living in and around SW and W1 London, Natasha will not be able to travel to you but a studio can be hired in SW and W London and the studio rental will be added to your invoice in addition to Natasha's hourly charge.
The cancellation period is 24 hours notice, more than 24 hours notice must be given to rearrange or cancel at no cost, otherwise the full amount for your session will be charged.
All sessions booked and paid for in advance have a three month validity, our policy is firm.
Natasha is available for sessions between 9am until 8pm every week day, however her diary is busy and so it is first come first served. We cannot guarantee the time slot that you want is available so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
PATREON MEMBERS SITE
As mentioned in the Membership Tier info and again when you go through the initial payment set up, your first pledge payment acts as a joining fee and is also your membership to access content for the rest of the current month.
Then from the 1st of the next month your billing cycle begins for the month’s membership ahead. For example: if you joined the Yin Yoga Tier on the 22nd March you will pay £18 + VAT at the time of joining and then £18 + VAT on the 1st April as your recurring upfront monthly payments begin.
To Cancel: Patrons need to delete memberships prior to the 1st of the month (Pacific Standard Time) if they want to avoid the next month's payment and content. If a patron (that’s you) subscribes to a creator (Natasha) on a monthly basis, their membership is renewed on the 1st of every month until it is cancelled. After cancelling, you’ll have access to the patron-only posts and the video/audio content in your tier for the remainder of the month.
Refunds: If you join and change your mind and want a refund, in order to be eligible to receive a refund, patrons need to contact Patreon and the Creator within 10 days of the charge processing on their statement. Once a refund is issued, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process back into your account. It is subject to Patreon's sole discretion however and they take into account the individual circumstance.
To Upgrade: You will be charged the difference between your membership tiers immediately and then your new upgraded payment will come out on the 1st. If you mind about the cost described above, it makes sense to upgrade your pledge on the 1st of the month to access the new content for the month ahead.
So to summarise:
