This afternoon workshop will be a chance to learn all the juiciest methods that Natasha has personally used to create a strong and flexible body, whilst exploring the powerful practice of living with intention.

In this workshop we will dive into the power of setting an Intention and use this technique in a juicy Vinyasa Flow sequence followed by Natasha's blissful Yoga Sleep Method. 


Yoga Nidra is the art of sleep with awareness and the intentions we set in Yoga Nidra bypass the conscious mind and cement in the unconscious mind, allowing for tangible and accelerated change in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Natasha's slow and deep working style of Vinyasa Yoga, with lots of releasing stretches to get into every corner of your body as well as deep core work to build strength, is accessible to all who are willing to try something new and dive deep into feeling awareness.

Her unique style is an amalgamation of all of the techniques that have worked for her in creating a strong and flexible body and a peaceful, clear mind.

The physical practice will then be followed with her signature Yoga Nidra style; The Yoga Sleep Method.

Yoga Sleep is a complete transformation for the body and mind using the art of sleep with awareness.  It's a powerful way of bypassing the conscious brain and planting seeds in your subconscious mind.
