And so it begins again!! Lockdown!

But I sense a motivated energy in the air, a keenness to embark upon a new experience or level up in passion projects... perhaps it is the energy of the New Year?

So maybe we should use this time to dive deep into starting what we have always wanted to do and expanding our knowledge and expertise.


I can sense this is THE time energetically to start something new?  Do you feel it too?  The need to dive deep into learning and to improve your skills?

If not, that's okay!  That's why I'm here!  With practices to re-ignite the passion and connection deep within you, to remind you of who you already are deep down!  Your strongest and most peaceful self.  To unlock your body once more, release tension and to return your mind to a state of relaxed clarity.


I have decided to create a six week programme for you that progressively deepens your Yoga practice through-out Lockdown and the benefits will be felt throughout the next six weeks and beyond.

We will progressively deepen and build upon what we learn each week which is why it is imperative to do all of the sessions.  Recordings will be made available after class so you can do them in your own time that week.

The group will be a 'closed' group online and therefore spaces are limited.

Six-week programme of Yoga sessions with Natasha Kerry

I understand times are challenging and therefore have priced this training much lower than the usual rate. I appreciate everyone's situation is different so please donate a higher amount towards the training fee if you can.

The 'Live' programme runs from Tuesday 12th January until Friday 19th February but each session is recorded and you can complete in your own time.

The hour-long group sessions will run on:


Tuesdays at 11am: Yin Yoga, Meditation, Meridian Line Theory, Fascia-focussed

Fridays at 11am: Vinyasa Yoga, Core, Pranayama, Strength-focussed

This is to prepare the body in Tuesday's session for Friday Vinyasa and gives you the weekend to recover from your Vinyasa practice.

Explore the practices of Yoga and unlock your potential with a series of Yoga practices with Natasha Kerry.


Level up your Yoga and Meditation practice with consistent help from Natasha throughout a series of twice-weekly sessions over six weeks.


These practices are designed to serve you and bring light to even the darkest of days and keep you connected to TRUST and LOVE.


We will explore practices that are so powerful in keeping you in connection to your highest intention, your purpose and your strength throughout lockdown.


Each hour-long session will build upon the last and consist of Vinyasa Yoga postures such as twists, back bends, forward folds, lateral openings, core-work and we will progress to arm-balances and inversions for beginners/intermediates.

Yin Yoga postures and the Meridian Line Theory will be explored in the Yin sessions and advanced Pranayama exercises (suitable for all) will be explored later in your journey.

Natasha will introduce each theme and exercise when the time is right for your body, the plan is to unlock tension easily and safely with intelligent sequencing.

The training schedule runs from Tuesday 12th January until Friday 19th February!

Week One: Grounding + Stability - We prepare your body and mind for the programme ahead and explore the foundations of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. 


Special focusses: Vinyasa Sequencing, Yin Philosophy, Kidney + Bladder C'hi, Opening the Hamstrings

Week Two: Fluidity + Creativity - We explore unlocking your spine to free up movement and create more fluidity and range of motion for your entire body, we explore fascia and it's role in creating flexibility and power.  


Special focusses: Swadhisthana Chakra, Stomach + Spleen C'hi and Digestion, Twisting Postures, Lateral Postures, Reducing anxiety and inflammation

Week Three:  Power + Strength - We explore the core and its role in our personal power, move through juicy core exercises to allow us to build up to the more advanced postures, with the potential to try out arm balances. 

Special focusses: Manipura Chakra.  Heart + Small Intestine C'hi, Core Work, Creating empowerment

Week Four: Love + Compassion - Now we have tapped into our inner power and outer strength, we can channel new energy into our passions and learn to listen to the pull of our heart. 


Special focusses: Anahata Chakra, Back Bending safely, Hip Openers, Liver + Gallbladder C'hi, Moving forwards

Week Five:  Connection + Communication - We encourage a deep connection to yourself in this week by building upon all we have learned to explore more advanced postures with the addition of Meditation practice and advanced Pranayama techniques not currently taught in classes.  Suitable for all but a little more complex. 


Special focusses: Respiration & Lung + Large Intestine C'hi, Meditation Practices, Pranayama, Connection to Nature

Week Six: Unity + Wholeness - We explore a deeper practice of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga and Meditation and tie all we have learned together to move through a more challenging physical practice.  You will be ready for it by then, don't worry!

Special focusses: A recap on everything you have learned to cement this in your practice, a sequence that you can practice beyond this course.

They will be recorded so you can access the recording of my teachings at a later date if you miss the class but I highly recommend you try to make the live event.

All classes must be practised in sequence so that the body opens intelligently and safely.

All live classes require you to turn your camera on if possible and audio off.  Nothing will be asked of you apart from your focus and attention.  You may also choose to watch the session recording at a later date.

This is something that I have always wanted to offer to reach those of you outside of London and abroad!  During lock-down, the studios I teach at every week unfortunately were unable to stay open so this move has pushed me to share these important teachings through a different medium.
