I understand times are challenging and therefore have priced this training much lower than the usual rate. I appreciate everyone's situation is different so please donate a higher amount towards the training fee if you can.

The 'Live' programme runs from Tuesday 25th May until Friday 2nd July but each session is recorded and you can complete in your own time.

If you sign up after the start date we will send you the video recordings you have missed so far!

Recordings will be accessible for two months after the course too.

The hour-long group sessions will run on:

 

Tuesdays at 10am: Yin Yoga, Meditation, Meridian Line Theory, Fascia-focussed

Fridays at 10am: Vinyasa Yoga, Core, Pranayama, Strength-focussed

This is to prepare the body in Tuesday's session for Friday's Vinyasa and gives you the weekend to recover from your Vinyasa practice.

Explore the practices of Yoga and unlock your potential with a series of Yoga practices with Natasha Kerry diving deep into what it means to be energised in a grounded and stable manner. 

 

Explore practices to enliven your life-force and support the health of the entire body-mind.

 

Level up your Yoga and Meditation practice with consistent help from Natasha throughout a series of twice-weekly sessions over six weeks.

 

These practices are designed to positively affect your mental health and bring about a lightness of Being as we explore restful states and recuperation.

 

Together we will create wholeness in your Being once more with healing and nourishing practices of Yoga designed to rebalance your inner systems.

 

We will explore practices that are so powerful in keeping you in connection to your highest intention, your purpose and your strength.

 

Each hour-long session will build upon the last and consist of Vinyasa Yoga postures such as twists, back bends, forward folds, lateral openings, core-work and we will progress to arm-balances and inversions for beginners/intermediates as the course progresses.

Yin Yoga postures and the Meridian Line Theory will be explored in the Yin sessions and Pranayama exercises to reinvigorate the system (suitable for all) will be explored in the Vinyasa.

Natasha will introduce each theme and exercise when the time is right for your body, the plan is to unlock all of your tight areas slowly and safely with intelligent sequencing.

 The training schedule runs from Tuesday 25th May until Friday 2nd July!

The hour-long online group sessions will run on Zoom at:

 

Tuesdays at 11am: Yin Yoga, Meditation, Meridian Line Theory, Fascia-focussed

Fridays at 11am: Vinyasa Yoga, Core, Pranayama, Strength-focussed

 

Week One:  Nourish + Revitalise - We begin our six week journey by preparing your body and mind for the programme ahead and explore the Vinyasa and Yin Yoga to heal and recuperate.  The programme begins with nourishing postures to rebalance the nervous system and create a connection to your inner fountain of wellness.  Resting is a huge part of energising our system.

Special focusses: Vinyasa Sequencing, Yin Philosophy, Kidney + Liver C'hi, Opening the entire body slowly, the Nervous System and its role in relaxation, Muladhara Chakra (Root Chakra), Preparing the body for the programme, Cultivation of the right kind of energy

Week Two:  Spinal Health + Hamstring Love - We explore unlocking the energy of your spine to free up movement and create more fluidity and range of motion for your entire body.  We tend to our back body and explore postures to reduce back tension and free the energy along the central axis.  We look to the Chakra system and science for insight into the immense power and energy that the body contains

Special focusses: Twisting Postures, Swadhisthana Chakra, Forward Folding, Hamstrings and Standing Postures in Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga, Urinary Bladder Meridian, Spleen C'hi, Transmuting Anxiety into Trust, recognising different mind states or moods as movements of energy

Week Three:  Deep Release + The Psoas - We explore juicy postures to open the Hips and work into the Psoas Muscle (hip flexor) safely and effectively with postures to release tension in and around the glutes, external rotators and hip flexors.  Yummy hip openers whilst we build on our practice of Yin and Vinyasa.

Special focusses: Hip Openers, Hip Anatomy, Becoming courageous, Manipura, Sun Salutations Sequencing, How resting creates energy

Week Four:  Core Strength + Courage - We explore the core through slow and deep core work and explore its role in our personal power and self-control, we move through juicy core exercises to allow us to build up to the more advanced postures, with the potential to try out arm balances.  We stoke the fire of Manipura to free up and deliver vital energy to the extremities

Special focusses: Core Work, Arm Balances, Yin Postures for a radiant core, Manipura Chakra, Connection + Presence, Creating clarity, Meditation + Concentration technique

Week Five:  Lower Body - Warriors + Triangles - We explore energising standing postures that we have not yet looked at to cultivate strength and stability.  Standing postures and standing balances are extremely grounding as well as involve the entire body and concentrate the mind.  With our new range of motion we explore the full range of postures.

Special focusses:  The Legs, More Core, New standing postures, Standing balances, Creating empowerment and integrity, Mula Bandha, Drishti, Creating Equanimity and grounded energy

Week Six:  Upper Body - Heart Health + Lung Health - We explore Heart + Lung Health and explore exercises to improve the lung capacity as we strengthen our connection to the subtle inner energies.  We explore the Vayus (the movements of Prana/energy in Yoga texts) through the use of Pranayama and Meditation technique.

Special focusses: Thoracic movement, The Diaphragm, Diving deeper into Heart C'hi, Respiration & Lung C'hi, Meditation Practices, Pranayama, The Prana Vayus, Breath Holding

A recap on everything you have learned to cement this into your daily practices. 

The sessions will be recorded so you can access the recording of my teachings at a later date if you miss the class but I highly recommend you try to make the live event.

All classes must be practised in sequence so that the body opens intelligently and safely.

All live classes require you to turn your camera on if possible and audio off.  Nothing will be asked of you apart from your focus and attention.  You may also choose to watch the session recording at a later date.

This way you will be able to maintain a regular practice of Yin Yoga with me from the safety and comfort of your own home throughout this difficult time. The type of Yin that I teach is suitable for everyone, even beginners.

 

This is something that I have always wanted to offer to reach those of you outside of London and abroad!  During lock-down, the studios I teach at every week unfortunately were unable to stay open so this move has pushed me to share these important teachings through a different medium.
