The Retreat includes:


Beautiful, peaceful surroundings


A laid back 4 star beach resort with one of the best yoga studios, right on the beach.


Paradis Plage has a very relaxed, charming feel to it and the staff are friendly and attentive. It's shaped around the large heated swimming pool and cool outdoor seating areas overlooking the sea. 


Stunning location


The enormous sandy beach runs for a mile in each direction and, if you're in to surfing or body boarding, you'll be pleased to know that the surf shop has everything you need and some excellent instructors too.

The yoga studio is a perfect space to enjoy a morning and evening class. It's folding glass doors can be fully retracted on appropriate days so that both the smell, sound and view of the ocean fills your senses.


All levels welcome


Each guest will have the opportunity to practice at their own level, making this week suitable for students of all levels and abilities.



Nutritionally balanced meals


Two delicious meals every day and as guests of Paradis Plage you will enjoy half board (breakfast and dinner) within the price for the week.  And of course there will be a wealth of Moroccan cuisine to enjoy and explore around the area.  It's important to note that there will be other guests at Paradis Plage who will also be enjoying the facilities but all of the yoga classes with Natasha will only be attended by those in our private group.


Relaxation time


At the end of the day, we recommend sitting by the beach fire listening to the sound of the waves and gazing at the stars.  Or, perhaps, watching a movie in the outdoor beachside cinema.

The weather in October is generally gorgeous and many consider it one of the best months to be in Morocco.


In between the two Yoga classes, the sunny mid-day and afternoon will be a time of relaxation by the pool with a book, on the beach, surfing, sunbathing or exploring the surroundings.


There will be plenty of free time to relax, enjoy the spectacular views, swim, read, snooze, indulge in pampering of therapeutic treatments, and explore the local area.

What to expect:


Ultimately, the purpose of this week is to retreat from your hectic schedule, take some time out and switch off your mind.  Once the body slows down, it can then tap into healing any imbalances; be that an overactive mind or aches and pains.


Practicing Yoga every day allows you to form a great connection between your mind and body.  Natasha will encourage you to listen to your body and only do as much as you can.  Resting is always an option.

Massage and treatments available


The lovely little spa has two hammams and three treatment rooms and is a quiet oasis to retire to for some pampering after a busy day on the beach!


En-suite accomodation 


Paradis Plage has fabulous, generously sized bedroom suites and almost all have terraces and views over the ocean. The accommodation is smart and stylish, but not over-the-top luxurious, and all rooms have their own kitchenette and sitting area.


Two daily Yoga classes


There will be two yoga classes each day, morning and early evening, and one evening off so that any one who wishes can spend the day out exploring Agadir.




The morning session will provide an opportunity to develop and hone your Yoga practice and explore Yoga postures in more depth.  Natasha teaches intuitively to each group she works with and a unique experience is created within each class.



Yin Yoga


The afternoon Yoga class will include the full range of Yin Yoga postures.  The passive and long held Yin poses induce deep relaxation in the muscles and release tension in the fascia.




Natasha is a big advocate for the healing benefits of meditation and it's power to release deep rooted tension and open up new possibilities.  Natasha will introduce you to ancient eastern philosophy and why moving towards Stillness is so important.


Yoga Sleep


The week will also include Yoga Nidra (Yoga Sleep) to aid complete relaxation and restoration.  In Natasha's Yoga Sleep Method sessions, the layers of tension will melt away completely and you will tap into a state of consciousness between waking and sleep that promotes your body's natural healing powers.

Over the course of the week, you will be introduced to a variety of Yoga styles and practices, so this is especially suited to those who have not have much contact with Yoga yet.


Suitable for all levels and for those who wish to retreat and relax with a group of like-minded and fun-loving beings and deepen your Yoga practice.


You will return to your daily life feeling mentally refreshed, cleansed and invigorated, ready to take on the world!
