Full of light, this space provides a haven in which to step back from your hectic schedule and nourish your mind and body with raw food, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

 

Suitable for all levels and abilities!

 

You may be a complete beginner in Yoga and/or Raw food, or perhaps you have dabbled in both... this Day Retreat will allow you to experience the powerful combination of cleansing foods and Yoga.

The day includes:

Yin Yoga and Meditation Workshop

 

Enjoy a deeply relaxing two hour Yin Yoga and Meditation workshop with Natasha in which you will delve deep into stillness and quiet contemplation.

 

With a focus on unraveling deep tension in the fascia, Yin Yoga is the ultimate way to nourish your body as well as improve flexibility.

 

Through the practice of meditative stillness and complete relaxation of every muscle within the passive long-held poses, we bring a healthy stretch to the connective tissues to promote ultimate joint mobility.  Natasha's teaching of Yin is inspired by Sarah Powers with a focus on balancing the meridian line chi energy of the body.

 

Nutritious Feasting

Raw Food Demonstrations
